Lincoln Cares is the City of Lincoln’s voluntary donation program that offers you the opportunity to add $1 each month to your electric bill payment to provide funds for local park projects, libraries, older-adults programs, and programs not supported by the city budget.
Since 2003, LES customers and matching community donors have contributed more than $1,000,000 to Lincoln Cares! These funds pay for the extra programs and projects that make Lincoln an extra special place to live.
