Here's how it works...

LES sets the amount you pay each month based on your average electric bill.

LES monitors your budget payments throughout the year and may adjust future payment amounts to reflect a significant change in your energy use.

The electric usage at your current address is averaged for the previous 12 months.

This average is slightly adjusted up or down depending on abnormally cold or hot weather during the previous year. The adjusted average is your "Budget Bill."
