Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field and five years of progressively responsible
supervisory experience in office management environment; or, an equivalent
combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the
essential functions of the job

Essential Functions
Supervises professional and administrative employees in developing work
processes and assigning work support, conducting performance evaluations,
ensuring that staff is trained and makes hiring/disciplinary recommendations
Provides leadership and guidance for section programs
Prepares reports related to Internal Operations section and Energy Delivery
Division activities
Develops the Internal Operations section operating and/or capital budgets and
forecasts expenditures, recommends purchases of equipment and monitors and
approves budgetary expenditures. Monitors and supports budget preparation for
the division
Manages and resolves complex departmental issues
Manages the development and implementation of section goals, objectives,
policies and priorities; establishes appropriate services, staffing levels and
resource allocations
Provides written and oral information analysis and makes policy recommendations
Develops internal policies and controls related to Internal Operations section
