Report Outages

If your power is interrupted...
-
And there's a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
-
Make sure your outage is not related to a blown fuse or circuit breaker. If your neighbors still have power, it's likely the problem is in your electrical panel.
-
Call LES PowerLine (1-888-365-2412), anytime night or day. The more people who call in, the better our information and the faster we can work to solve the problem.
-
Sit tight, be safe and know that LES crews are hard at work to get your power on. If power is restored to some areas, or if there is an important message from LES, PowerLine may automatically return your call to pass along information.
