Report outages

If your power is interrupted...

  1. And there's a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
  2. Make sure your outage is not related to a blown fuse or circuit breaker. If your neighbors still have power, it's likely the problem is in your electrical panel.
  3. Call LES PowerLine (1-888-365-2412), anytime night or day. The more people who call in, the better our information and the faster we can work to solve the problem.
  4. Sit tight, be safe and know that LES crews are hard at work to get your power on. If power is restored to some areas, or if there is an important message from LES, PowerLine may automatically return your call to pass along information.

Update your PowerLine information
In order for PowerLine — LES' outage call management system — to work for you, it must have your most up-to-date information. PowerLine will recognize the telephone numbers you provide and match them to your service address, allowing us to quickly evaluate outages and dispatch restoration crews. And, PowerLine can process 1,600 simultaneous calls per minute, which means no more busy signals for you when you report an outage (toll free: 1-888-365-2412).
