Nebraska Advantage incentive
program offers new and growing
businesses the opportunity to
apply for investment credits;
wage credits; sales tax refunds;
state and local sales tax
exemptions for manufacturing
machinery, equipment and related
services; research and
development tax credits and
more.
The
Agriculture Opportunities and
Value-Added Partnership Act
provides grants up to $75,000 to
cooperatives, groups or
associations to help offset the
costs of research, education,
training and market development
of value-added products sold by
producers.
Assistance with workforce
development
Lincoln is home to the
University of Nebraska-Lincoln,
Nebraska Wesleyan University and
several colleges, which
contribute to this area’s
educated and diverse workforce.
