Management Update - 10-year Capital Additions Program: 2008-2017 (115kV and higher)

This report is an annual update on the proposed plan for major substation and transmission projects (115kV and higher). The plan covers proposed projects for the next 10 years. LES customer input on next year's plan will be accepted.
