Internships & Job Shadow Program

Internships & co-ops

If you're a full-time college student, come gain real-work experience and make a difference in the community by being an LES intern or co-op. You'll gain experience in an area that aligns with your goals and talents while working for one of the nation's leading public power utilities.

Internships and co-ops are full-time summer and semester commitments. However, some interns stay longer, depending upon the department’s needs and the availability of the student. We’ll work with class schedules during the semester and offer housing and transportation assistance to LES facilities, dependent on need. Interns are crucial to the work we do, and we know we couldn’t do it without you.
