Public meetings on the future of electric rates. LES held the second of four meetings with the public Aug. 18 to talk about "Influences on Electric Rates." See the video presentation and submit comments. The third meeting is set for Sept. 8, 12-1 p.m., at Bennett Martin Public Library Auditorium (4th floor), 14th & N streets.
