Municipal Financial Advisor Disclosure

By publicly posting the following written disclosure on its website, Lincoln Electric System intends that market participants receive and use it for purposes of the independent registered municipal advisor exemption to the Securities and Exchange Commission Municipal Advisor Rule.

LES has retained an independent, registered municipal advisor: Public Financial Management. LES is represented by and will rely on PFM to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities and municipal financial products. This disclosure may be relied upon until further notification. Proposals may be addressed to Emily N. Koenig, vice president and CFO of LES. If the proposal received will be seriously considered by LES, LES will share the document with its municipal advisor and the primary contact at PFM: Michael Mace, managing director. Please note, that aside from regulatorily mandated correspondence between a financial services firm and the municipal advisor, the financial services firm should not speak with or send documents to the municipal advisor unless specifically directed to by LES.
