LES’ Service Regulations serve as a guide for LES and customer interactions on electric service. These Service Regulations may be revised, amended, superseded or repealed at any time by the LES Administrative Board. Each year, LES staff review the regulations and make modifications as needed. Prior to the LES Administrative Board adopting the changes, customers are able to review a redline draft of the Service Regulations and provide comments.
